This week we are partnering with Levitate Music Festival taking place July 9 in Marshfield, Mass. Levitate is an amazing little festival at started off as just a small gathering for friends and has grown each year since. This year’s lineup boasts some of the greatest names in raggae and jam music like Rebelution, Nahko & The Medicine for The People, Stick Figure, Moon Taxi, and The Movement
Also on this episode we got the amazing opportunity to speak with Josh Swain, the lead singer and guitarist for The Movement who’s album “Golden” is currently number one on the Billboard Reggae charts. Josh opens up to us about recording, touring the fest life, and so much more. We were incredibly honored to get to speak with him and can’t recommend you go see his band and buy their album enough! (Due to some technical difficulties there may be some interference during the phone interview, we ask if you could please bare with us and forgive the issues)
Interview Starts at around (35:00)
Some talk topics we cover this week include: the aftermaths of Firefly, EDC, & Electric Forest; Cosplaying, Being your true self, and so much more!
